Insurance Information
Monticello Dentistry is a fee-for-service dental practice. This means that we provide our patients with high-quality, appropriate treatment for their needs in exchange for a fair fee considering the time, care, skill, judgment, and materials required to render that treatment. We are committed to providing our patients with individualized attention and care, and we work with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.

We accept most dental insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. This means that while we are not contracted with insurance companies, we will still work with patients who have insurance to help them receive the maximum benefits available to them. Patients will be responsible for co-payments/deductibles and the full service fees that are not covered by insurance at the time of service.

At Monticello Dentistry, we currently have patients with dental insurance plans from a variety of providers, including Athena, Ameritas, Aflac, Principle, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, and MetLife.
